I cannot say enough great things about Nick and his crew! My kitchen was original to my home and had not been updated in 25 years. The design was exactly what I wanted and my house was completely transformed! I started my construction project during Covid and the crew was respectful of all the health precautions around each other and my family. Any delays on the project had nothing to do with the company as they were efficient and on schedule. Their ability to source in stock and available finishes, was amazing. They worked efficiently and got the job done despite the supply problems.
I can’t speak highly enough about Haley and the amazing design team recommendations that truly impacted the final kitchen product. Haley and Nick were an amazing team, and came out at the end to touch up after everything was done. It was a truly great experience and I look forward to doing the remainder of our home in the future. True integrity and a great end result. Finally a Contractor that’s communicative and reliable. We can’t thank them enough:)

We spoke with close to ten different companies. Had meetings with 5 of them, and ended up choosing MOD Restoration & Remodeling. What put the final stamp of approval was mainly their communication and attention to detail. We trusted that if the process began this smoothly at the initial stages, it would continue throughout the project and we were not mistaken. Our project included kitchen and master bathroom remodel. We had to demolish everything since this was a very old house we recently purchased and those rooms were very outdated. From the initial design phase and all the way to installing the finishing fixtures and completing our project – we have nothing but good things to report! Excellent Design Team, Great workmanship, product and service quality, amazing communication on all levels, professionalism and attention to all the small details. We could not be happier with the decision we made to go with these guys. Thank you for our lovely new kitchen and bath. We will greatly recommend you to all of our friends and family.
