11 Easy Steps Towards Your Perfect Living Space

When we’ll work on your project, we want you to relax knowing that our licensed professionals will complete the job quickly, without sacrificing quality for the price. Here’s how we do it:

Step 1. Reach Out

You know what your vision for your dream home is, and now it’s time to start making it real. Reach out to us through the form on our website and provide us with as many details as possible about your project, along with pictures of your current space. 

They will serve as a reference for your remodeling project and help our Designers get an idea about what it entails. We’ll get back to you in no time with a phone consultation.

Step 2. Phone Consultation

During our phone consultation, we’ll discuss the details of what your perfect home looks and feels like. We’ll go over everything in more detail, from design ideas and budget limitations, all the way to the timeline, so that you’ll know exactly how everything will unfold.

Step 3. On-site Consultation And Work Authorization

We’ll schedule an onsite inspection at your place and employ the latest in 3D photography using DocuSketch. Our advanced estimating software provides a 3D virtual tour and walkthrough of the entire space, while creating an accurate 3D Floorplan for estimating. We use this technique to create a reference point on top of which we start building your vision and produce accurate budgets.

A timeline tour of your project will be created at every major milestone utilizing this state of the art technology.

At this step, the Work Authorization can be signed. This allows our Designers and Job Coordinators to start planning and scheduling. Our Estimators will work on the detailed scope of work and a project start date will be set.

Step 4. Signing The Contract

Once we agree on the list of products, materials, and upgrades, along with the total cost estimate and the timeline for your project, we’ll move on to signing the Home Improvement Contract. Once signed, we will provide a detailed cost estimate and Scope of Work for review and signature.

A Materials Selection Sheet will be left at your home in our job binder, and all final finishes will be approved with your  signature prior to installation. This represents our commitment to work together and bring your vision to life. At this phase, we’ll collect a $1,000 deposit, after which we’ll move forward and start ordering needed materials.

Step 5. Design And Permits

We’re committed to creating something unique that matches your style and expectations perfectly. Haley, our Master Dsigner, will make sure that the final design layouts reflect your vision entirely.

As you perfect every detail of the design with Haley, we’ll take care of all the permits needed.

Step 6. Pre-Job Walkthrough

Before starting any work, we’ll review the materials, budget, and timeline once more, and then choose the final floor plans for your space. As soon as we make sure nothing is missing, we’ll proceed with preparing the work site.

Step 7. Home Protection

Before the renovation and restoration work starts, it’s important to make sure that the areas and surfaces that won’t be part of the process are kept safe. In this step, we’ll move or cover all fragile surfaces, windows, doors, and furniture with
protective plastic and add containment barriers where needed to keep dust out of areas we’re not working in. Heavy paper and tape or Ram board will be used to cover trafficked areas, and daily cleanup will be performed.

If needed, off-site storage in temperature controlled warehouses will be utilized. A dedicated Contents team will photograph, box and categorize all items. At the completion of job, all items are placed back at your direction.

Step 8. Renovation Work

After we’ve agreed on every aspect of your project, you’ll be able to watch the magic happen as we transform your new space. We’ll keep you updated at every step of the process, so that any questions or concerns you might have as we move forward can get answered right away.

A group text message thread between all parties involved will be used to keep our entire team and yourself in the loop at all times.

Step 9. On-Site Cleaning

When our work is complete, we’ll proceed to clean the debris, material leftovers, protective covers, and stains from the entire area we’ve been working on.

We want to give you a great feeling when you see the final result, so we’ll do our best to make it look like we were never there.

Step 10. Post-Job Walkthrough

Before we leave, we’ll do one more round of check-ups, doing a final walkthrough to make sure everything about your newly upgraded space was done right and we didn’t miss anything. If we spot any minor issues, we’ll make sure to fix them on the spot.

A Certificate of Satisfaction and Completion is signed, and the space is yours to enjoy for years to come.

Step 11. Warranty

You’re about to enter a whole new world of possibilities: a space that’s perfect for what you need and want in your life. Before we leave, we’ll do a final walkthrough of the project to make sure everything is spotless.

I cannot say enough great things about Nick and his crew! My kitchen was original to my home and had not been updated in 25 years. The design was exactly what I wanted and my house was completely transformed! I started my construction project during Covid and the crew was respectful of all the health precautions around each other and my family.
